    Finance Office Closures

    LASALLE Finance Office will be closed on the following date:
    14 June 2018 - Finance counter closes at 12pm 


    American Express Cards are now accepted

    We now accept American Express Cards at our finance counter.
    (Note that Online Credit Card payment method does not accept AMEX yet.)

      • All bank charges (your bank's and ours) must be borne by students
      • Indicate Student’s name and ID number
      iBanking / ATM Transfer
      • POSB or DBS account holders only

      • Email a screenshot of the transfer to finance@lasalle.edu.sg
        (Your screenshot will be used to identify your payment)

      • Closing date for GIRO Form submission is 6 Jul 2018. (Forms received after this date will only take effect from AY2018/19 Semester 2 onward)
      CPF *
      • Complete the CPF Internal Control Form.
      • *CPF can only be used to pay programme fees. (Misc. fees, such as Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) and Medical Insurance (MIS), must be paid using other methods).
      PSEA *
      • Complete the PSEA form. Submit to LASALLE Finance department.
      • *PSEA can only be used to pay programme fees. (Misc. fees, such as Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) and Medical Insurance (MIS), must be paid using other methods).
      Cheque / Bank Draft / Cashier's Order
      • Payable to "LASALLE"
      • Indicate student’s full name, ID number, programme name and contact
      • Mail to LASALLE Finance, or submit to us over the counter.
      At the Finance counter
      • NETS
      • VISA / MasterCard / China Union Pay / American Express

          HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT

          1. Go to lasalle.flywire.com. Enter your payment amount and country of origin.

          2. Create your account or log into your existing Flywire account, then enter some basic information to initiate your payment booking.

          3. Follow the instructions provided to send funds to Flywire. For debit/credit card payments, enter your card details online to complete your payment in your home currency.
            Note: Additional local payment options may be available depending on the country you are paying from.

          4. Track your payment by logging into your Flywire account at any time.
            Receive text and email status updates each step of the way, including a confirmation when your payment has been delivered to your institution.

            GIRO applications for AY2017/18 Semester 1

            If you wish to apply for GIRO, please submit your GIRO Form by 30 Jun 2017.
            (Forms received after 30 Jun 2017 will only take effect from AY2017/18 Semester 2 onward.)


            Finance System Upgrading

            2017 Feb 21

            Our finance system is undergoing upgrading from 24 to 28 Feb 2017.

            During this period, we will only be able to issue handwritten receipts.

            We encourage you to make any payments using online credit card or iBanking instead.


            New Online Payment Method

            2016 Nov 23

            You may now pay your tuition fees online, via our new Student Self Service portal.


            GIRO applications for AY2016/17 Semester 2

            2016 Oct 14

            If you wish to apply for GIRO, please submit your GIRO Form by 04 Nov 2016.
            (Forms received after 04 Nov 2016 will only take effect from AY2017/18 Semester 1 onward.)


            GST Subsidy for Bachelor and Diploma Students

            2016 Jun 29

            As announced by the government, students will receive GST Subsidies on their tuition fees in AY2016/17.
            Eligible students are:

            • Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, and
            • Receiving Tuition Grant from MOE, and
            • In full-time Bachelor or Diploma studies.
