  (Forms received now will only take effect from AY2016/17 Semester 2 onward)

• LASALLE Internal Control Form for CPF/PSEA Claim File

  Submit this form to LASALLE Finance if you wish to use CPF or PSEA.

  This form must be submitted every semester that you wish to use CPF/PSEA.

• Adhoc Application for Use of Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) File

  This MOE form must be submitted together with the Internal Control Form.
