  GST Subsidy for Bachelor and Diploma Students

  As announced by the government, students will receive GST Subsidies on their tuition fees in AY2016/17.
  Eligible students are:

  • Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents
  • Receiving Tuition Grant from MOE
  • In full-time Bachelor or Diploma studies

  New GIRO applications have closed for AY2016/17 Semester 1

  GIRO Forms received now will only take effect from AY2016/17 Semester 2 onward

  Payment Methods

  Flywire	For International / Overseas Students only (Note that the minimum payment is SGD 15)
  Telegraphic Transfer (Wire Transfer)	For International / Overseas Students only All bank charges must be borne by students Indicate Student’s name and ID number
  iBanking / ATM Transfer	POSB or DBS account holders only
  Internet Banking Transfer	For non-DBS/POSB account holder Email a screenshot of the transfer to finance@lasalle.edu.sg (Your screenshot will be used to identify your payment) If possible, indicate Student ID and Name when you do the transfer
  GIRO	Closing date for GIRO Form submission is 31 May 2016. (Forms received after this date will only take effect from AY2016/17 Semester 2 onward)
  CPF *	Complete the Internal Control Form and submit to LASALLE Finance department. *CPF can only be used to pay tuition fees. (Misc. fees, such as Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) and Medical Insurance (MIS), must be paid using other methods).
  PSEA *	Complete both the Internal Control Form and PSEA form. Submit to LASALLE Finance department. *PSEA can only be used to pay tuition fees. (Misc. fees, such as Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) and Medical Insurance (MIS), must be paid using other methods).
  Cheque / Bank Draft / Cashier's Order	Payable to "LASALLE" Indicate student’s full name, ID number, programme name and contact Mail to LASALLE Finance, or submit to us over the counter.
  At the Finance counter	NETS VISA / MasterCard / China Union Pay Cheque / Bank Draft / Cashier's Order Cash (please bring exact amount if possible)

  Forms

  • Application Form for Interbank GIRO File

    Closing date for submission was 31 May 2016.

    (Forms received now will only take effect from AY2016/17 Semester 2 onward)

  • LASALLE Internal Control Form for CPF/PSEA Claim File

    Submit this form to LASALLE Finance if you wish to use CPF or PSEA.

    This form must be submitted every semester that you wish to use CPF/PSEA.

  • Adhoc Application for Use of Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) File

    This MOE form must be submitted together with the Internal Control Form.

  HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT

  1. Go to lasalle.flywire.com. Enter your payment amount and country of origin.
     
     
  2. Create your account or log into your existing Flywire account, then enter some basic information to initiate your payment booking.
     
     
  3. Follow the instructions provided to send funds to Flywire. For debit/credit card payments, enter your card details online to complete your payment in your home currency.
     Note: Additional local payment options may be available depending on the country you are paying from.
     
     
  4. Track your payment by logging into your Flywire account at any time.
     Receive text and email status updates each step of the way, including a confirmation when your payment has been delivered to your institution.
