Allan Fuller, Classical Pianist and newly appointed Principle Study Teacher at LaSalle will perform solo selections from his repertoire ranging including Mozart, Mompou, and Chopin.

Allan Fuller wholeheartedly credits his late parents, Georgette and Alfred Fuller for having provided the perfect domestic blend of love, culture and discipline which nurtured his musical pursuits. His piano studies began at age seven with his Mother and continued as Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in piano performance were awarded through studies at Whitworth College with Margaret Saunders-Ott, and Central Washington University with Dr. Bonalyn-Smith. His post graduate work was under William Corbett-Jones, Professor Emeritus - San Francisco State University. It was during this time that the artist also began his 30 year career in the casino gaming industry.
Fuller's awards include outstanding performance award at the Spokane Music Festival-1976, Third place National rank in the Music Teachers National Association competition in 1977, as well as semi-finalist in the second International Piano Competition for Outstanding Amateurs, 2000. In addition to being a recitalist he has served as piano instructor at the University of Nevada-Reno, competition judge, concerto soloist, and chamber musician. Allan and his brother, the Austrian based forte-pianist Richard Fuller, enjoy a lifelong duo piano partnership, performing four-hand piano works in the U.S. and in Austria. in both 1999 and 2000, Fuller was selected to compete among 75 - 100 International pianists in the International Piano Competition for Outstanding Amateurs under the sponsorship of the Van Cliburn Foundation. In conjunction with the competition, his unique career combinations of Pianist and Gaming Executive were profiled on "Good Morning America."
His European debut commenced in November of 2000, and he has continued to present recitals both in Vienna and the U.S. While possessing a wide-ranging repertoire from Bach to Mompou, Fuller’s repertoire is focused on the piano works of Mozart, Beethoven and Chopin.
While Mr. Fuller enjoyed a 30 year career as an Executive in the Casino Industry, he also persistently pursued a career in classical music. He has served lengthy executive terms for both Caesar’s Entertainment and John Ascuaga’s Nugget, Nevada based companies. Fuller relocated to Singapore in 2013 with his wife Anne, Vice President for Sands Global Gaming Division.
In addition to his teaching at LaSalle College of the Arts, he maintains a select number of private students and presents solo recitals in the U.S. and Austria. More information is available on the web at:
