Biographies of performers

Intriguant is the brainchild of Louis Quek who fuses textures and syncopated beats through an audiovisual perspective. Infusing his influences in Hip Hop, Electronica, Soul and Experimentation, he reinterprets it into his own. He strives to push the boundaries of music sonically and reach an international platform. He has performed venues such as the Substation as part of the Syndicate Subsessions series, Home Club, Zouk and KL. His debut EP “Ellipse” gathers original compositions and various collaborations with musicians set to be released Early 2014 under Singapore-based label, Syndicate.

Brandon Tay is a media artist based in Singapore who works in the field of live visuals, projection mapping, and digital installation. He has worked with musicians such as Skrillex and Flying Lotus as a media designer for their international tours. Notable collaborations include the piece "Welcome to Electricity" with :phunk studio which was purchased by the Singapore Art Museum for the National Archive Collection. In his arts practice, his interest lies in the crossroads between the moving image, digital sculpture and the occult.

Kim Eun Hyung, also known affectionately by her peers as Kim, started learning the violin formally at a young age of only 8 years old. Under the tutelage and guidance of Kailin Yong, Kim has become a dynamic violinist and her approach to the violin is anything but ordinary. Kim has worked with artists such as jazz pianist Aya Sekine and singer-songwriter Inch Chua. Kim is also a member of soul/rock/funk outfit The Good Life Project, having played at festivals such as YouthFest 2013 at the Esplanade Waterfront.
